Our Story

CUSP was formed by a multidisciplinary team of researchers, strategists, facilitators, and community leaders with a shared vision of regenerative development. Our roots are grounded in Asia & Africa and our reach extends across regions where inclusive, just, and locally led development is both urgent and possible. We began with a desire to create more ethical, evidence-based, and people-centred approaches to systems change — and that commitment drives every project we take on today.

CUSP is a values-driven organisation working at the intersection of sustainability, inclusion, and innovation. We exist to build a world where dignity, equity, and resilience shape every decision — whether in the classroom, in local markets, or in national policy. From rural communities to digital ecosystems, our work is guided by one belief: that lasting solutions emerge when local realities meet global imagination.

CUSP operates across all provinces and territories of Pakistan and contributes to regional initiatives across Asia and beyond. Our past and current engagements include work in rural Sindh, urban Islamabad, post-conflict Syria, and cross-border agricultural programmes in Southeast Asia. We adapt our tools and methods to suit diverse geographies, climate realities, and cultural contexts — ensuring that every intervention is both locally relevant and globally aligned.
