Donation Acknowledgment Policy (Delivery Policy)
Donations made through this website support CUSP's charitable interventions; no physical goods are sold or shipped. Every donor receives a formal acknowledgment of their donation in the form of an official receipt sent by email. If we make any changes to our donor policies, we will post the updated text on this page so that you are always up to date regarding the information we collect and how we use it.
Refund and Category Change Policy
After donating, donors cannot request refunds if they think that the donation amount was transferred by mistake. A donation made to a specific category (safe drinking water, food relief, health and hygiene kits, emergency shelter, or the Emergency Response Fund) will be applied to that category. If a category is fully funded or cannot be delivered, CUSP will apply the donation to the most closely related category and will inform the donor on request. All donation categories are explained on this page, and donors are welcome to contact us for more information about our programmes.
Terms of Donation
All donations are received and utilised in Pak Rupees (PKR) across CUSP interventions within Pakistan. All funds are applied solely to CUSP's charitable objects as set out in its Memorandum of Association, and audited financial statements are filed with the SECP and FBR.
